Admin (Produce/Floral)

Overview

Produce Admin: 

Mon-Fri 8am-5pm Hours may change due to needs of the business or vacations.

-May require some weekend hours from time to time

Responsibilities

Accountabilities:

-Produce Special Buys

-Key bookings/flyers

-Cost changes, new items, discontinued items

-Communicate and maintain a good working relationship with buyers, QC, merchandisers, customers

-Daily Communications

-Assist in all department activities, food shows, etc.

-Other duties as assigned which would be dictated by the needs of the business

Qualifications

Desired Qualifications:

-Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills

-Multi-tasking with strong organizational skills

-Proficient with Microsoft Office applications

-Retail experience a plus, produce experience preferred
