About the Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for a highly organised, hands‑on professional to manage and support the daily operations of our office in Manila. Situated near Mandaluyong, our office supports a team of 50 employees. This role is pivotal in ensuring the efficient operation of our office, facilitating employee onboarding, and providing facility support. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining a productive, safe, and welcoming environment.
About the Role
- Onboarding & Inductions: Conduct facility inductions, assist HR/IT with new employee onboarding, issue and store devices, manage access fobs.
- Compliance: Manage permits, PEZA and BOI requirements, audit and assessments, other business processes comply with government regulations.
