Responsibilities
- Attend to walk-invisitors, phone calls, couriers, and deliveries, and ensure they are directedto the relevant parties promptly.
- Manage front desk forms and provide general administrative, filing, and office support.
- Arrange printing of office materials and maintain stationery and copier paper supplies, including stock taking and replenishment orders.
- Compile daily attendance records, leave administration for workers and track the submission ofoperational documents.
- Process payroll timesheets, including verification of attendance data, overtime recording, and ERP submission.
- Provide administrative support to project operations, including document handling, training coordination, and other assigned duties.
- Perform any other adhoc administrative duties as assigned.
