This role serves as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, while providing essential administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth running of our office. The ideal candidate is organised, discreet, and able to multitask effectively in a professional services environment.
Key Responsibilities Reception & Front DeskGreet and attend to clients, visitors and vendors in a courteous and professional manner.
Manage incoming calls, emails and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate personnel promptly.
Maintain the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable at all times.
Receive and distribute incoming mail, courier packages and documents.
