Job Summary
The Production Admin Assistant provides administrative and coordination support to the production department. This role assists in production scheduling, documentation, data entry, inventory updates, and communication between departments to ensure smooth and efficient production operations.
Key Responsibilities 1. Production Documentation & DataEntry- Prepare and maintain production documents such as job orders, work orders, checklists, production reports, and daily output logs.
- Enter production data into MRP or internal systems accurately.
- Ensure all production‑related records are properly filed and updated.
- Communicate between Production Department and Customer Service Department.
- Communicate production updates, delays, or issues to relevant teams.
- Provide administrative support during audits, meetings, and safety reviews.
