Overview

We at Hi-5 ABA lead close-knit teams of BCBAs, BCaBAs, Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) as they work together to provide in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to children and families in their local communities.

BCBA Responsibilities

Lead close-knit teams of BCBAs, BCaBAs, Behavior Technicians and RBTs to provide ABA services to clients with autism or related special needs in order for the clients to achieve mastery of behavior treatment goals.

Provide supervision and training for Technicians interested in becoming certified. Oversee high levels of interaction with the client, the client’s family, other Technicians, and BCBA peers.

BCBA Qualifications

Minimum: BCBA certification (and license if applicable in your state).

Adult and Pediatric CPR/BLS required to work one-on-one with clients.
