Key Responsibilities:
• Perform adjustments and verifications of customer invoices
• Ensure all adjustment requests are supported by valid documentation
• Follow up on missing waybill information with internal staff
• Update and upload pricing data accurately
• Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines
Requirements:
• At least one year of clerical experience, preferably in transport
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel
• Bilingual in English and French
