The Biology Department includes faculty with expertise across both vertical (from molecules to organisms) and horizontal (from viruses to humans) dimensions, including both basic and applied sciences. The kinesiology curriculum emphasizes anatomy and physiology. After graduation, the top three career trajectories of kinesiology majors have been physical therapy school, kinesiology graduate school (most often to become strength & conditioning coaches or trainers), or direct entry into the training field.
