This role supports a new delivery program by recruiting local businesses to join a hub delivery partner initiative across targeted towns in Texas. You will focus on door-to-door outreach, consultative sales, and community-based recruitment to identify and onboard qualified business partners. The position combines field sales, customer relationship management, and event support, with frequent travel within a driving radius of up to two hours and the opportunity to earn uncapped commission based on partner conversions.
Responsibilities
+ Visit prospective businesses door to door in targeted towns within approximately 90 minutes driving distance to introduce the delivery partner program.
+ Present and pitch the new program opportunity to prospective businesses and generate strong interest in applying.
+ Qualify prospective businesses based on defined criteria and guide them through the full application process.
