This role combines relationship building, business development, and community engagement. You'll work closely with local businesses, manage leads through Salesforce, and support recruitment events throughout the region.
Key Responsibilities
+ Visit and engage prospective businesses within a designated territory.
+ Introduce partnership opportunities and qualify interested organizations.
+ Guide partners through the onboarding and application process.
+ Maintain accurate records and activity tracking in Salesforce.
+ Assist with community events, networking opportunities, and local outreach initiatives.
+ Build relationships with community organizations and referral sources.
