ADDETTO/A ALLE VENDITE - SHOP ASSISTANT (Algaida)

Type: Full‑time. Hours: 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM, as per store hours (flexibility required for shifts). Seasonal: June – October.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the highest standards of visual merchandising and store presentation.
• Assist with stock management, inventory, and replenishment.
• Stay up to date with collections, trends, and brand story.
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in high‑end retail or hospitality preferred.
• Fluent in English; Spanish and additional languages are a plus.
• Availability to work adaptable shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Passionate about luxury fashion and customer service excellence.
