ADAS Technical Program Manager

Ford is pioneering the future of safe, seamless, and scalable automated driving. As the **Technical Program Manager (TPM) for BlueCruise & Situational Awareness** , you will own the end-to-end delivery of one Ford’s most well known hands-free driver assistance system features. This is a high-impact Individual Contributor role where you will facilitate program strategy, orchestrate cross-domain development and integration, and drive execution across Systems, Software, and Verification & Validation (V&V). You will serve as the technical thread connecting the end-to-end system, while actively managing critical dependencies with partner domains.

+ Define and maintain the delivery roadmap for BlueCruise and Situational Awareness features from concept through post-launch releases and field monitoring.
