- Procuring equipment and talking to suppliers regarding payment methods/billing
- Monitoring all department expenses per year

- Monitoring of studio logs
- Manpower scheduling
- Reporting directly to executive management monthly updates regarding studio conditions and manpower productivity
Directing/Producer Work
- Directing mid-large scale projects
- Project management of mid-large projects
- Determining needed equipment and set-up based on client/project needs
- Doing oculars
- Contacting and sourcing suppliers and manpower if needed
- Scheduling needed manpower (internal & external if needed)
