Job Summary

The ACMV Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing all aspects of Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation (ACMV) projects from commencement to completion. The role involves overseeing project execution, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements, managing resources, and delivering projects within budget and schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage ACMV projects, including air-conditioning systems, chilled water systems, ventilation systems, ducting works, and mechanical services installations.
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise project activities to ensure timely completion.
• Review project specifications, drawings, and contract requirements.
