Job Description
- Overseeing projects at one or multiple stipulated sites.
- Assist project manager is the execution of the projects.
- Responsibilites for co-ordination with Consultants, Architects and relevant authorities.
- Liaise with Consultants, Main contractor, Suppliers, Sub contractor on Equipment & Material submissions.
- Monitor and ensure progress of works are carried out according to project specification.
- Assist drafting team for design schematic drawing, layout drawing, P&ID drawing.
- Review and check drawing before submit to main contractor.
- Oversee the overall planning of ACMV works, site inspection, variation order and certification of work done for all assigned projects.
- Support project manager in the administration of contract, claim, variation and any dispute arise.
- Raise MR and order material & arrange manpower for necessary works.
