Responsibilities

• Manage procurement activities for assigned Global Supply Chain categories for factories in Germany and Switzerland.
• Implement procurement action plans aligned with Global, Regional and Cluster strategies.
• Manage and optimize the supplier base, including Supplier Relationship Management.
• Negotiate value‑driven contracts ensuring optimal cost, quality and service.
• Deliver savings targets and achieve defined procurement KPIs.
• Collaborate with project leads from early stage to end of project to ensure business centricity and add value to stakeholders.
• Monitor supplier performance and proactively mitigate supply risks.
• Ensure full compliance with procurement policies, processes and digital sourcing tools.
