- Review accounting work prepared by junior team members to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with accounting standards.
- Identify and resolve technical issues arising during engagements, including adjustments and clarifications.
- Guide, train, and mentor junior staff to build technical competencies and professional growth.
