Accounts Senior

Masstemps are currently recruiting for a full time, long term temporary financial accountant to join one of our busy clients based in the heart of Kidderminster.

Job Purpose:

o Provision of financial and non-financial information to management for decision making
o Supporting the Finance & HR Director through taking ownership of the following business processes whilst adhering to regulatory compliance, accounting standards and meeting relevant deadlines
o Management Accounts
o VAT

Key responsibilities and duties:

o Preparation of all schedules for management accounts including accruals & prepayments
o Variance analysis and explanations
o Preparation of management accounts for final review with line manager
o Responsible for producing Balance Sheet Reconciliations and resolving any erroneous entries
