Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to expand the company's broker network.
  • Identify, approach, and onboard new brokerage firms and real estate brokers.
  • Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with key broker partners.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned brokers and provide ongoing support.
  • Ensure brokers are well-informed about company projects, launches, policies, and procedures.
  • Coordinate internally to facilitate broker registration, documentation, and commission-related matters.
