Accounts reconciliation executive

Reconciliation Executive – Forex / Fintech Key Responsibilities
Perform daily reconciliation of client deposits and withdrawals between CRM, bank statements, and payment service providers (PSPs). Reconcile merchant accounts, payment gateways, and banking transactions. Investigate and resolve discrepancies, mismatches, missing transactions, and posting errors. Monitor daily financial transactions and identify unusual or suspicious activities. Prepare reconciliation reports and submit findings to management. Coordinate with Finance, Operations, Compliance, and Support teams to resolve transaction-related issues. Verify the accuracy of transaction records maintained within the CRM system. Assist in identifying CRM or operational process gaps affecting financial reporting. Maintain accurate records and supporting documentation for audits and internal reviews. Support month-end and year-end financial reconciliation activities. Requirements
