The Accounts Receivable Specialist manages the full cash application and receivables process, ensuring customer accounts are accurate, up to date, and properly reconciled. This role focuses on posting payments, researching and resolving short pays and chargebacks, and maintaining a clear, accurate aging of accounts. The specialist collaborates closely with internal teams and customers to resolve discrepancies and support efficient cash flow.
Responsibilities

+ Reconcile customer accounts regularly to verify balances, identify discrepancies, and maintain accurate records.
