Role: Associate Manager – Accounts Receivable
About the role
The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end Accounts Receivable operations, including invoicing, collections, customer reconciliations, Accounts Receivable reporting, and compliance. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, proficiency in Excel and ERP systems, and excellent analytical and communication skills are essential.
Responsibilities:
Carry out billing, collection, and reporting activities according to specific deadlines.
Perform the day-to-day processing of financial transactions related to Accounts receivable to ensure that financials are maintained in an effective, up to date and accurate manner
Daily Follow up with clients for payments, payment advice and outstanding payments
Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities
Constantly keep track on AR ageing and efforts should put forth for reducing the long outstanding’s.
