Accounts Receivable Trade Associate

Position Responsibilities: 

+ The Accounts Receivable Specialist manages the company’s inflow and provides excellent customer service to internal and external customers

+ As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will support cash application and overall Accounts Receivable (AR) accounting by ensuring accurate and timely documentation, while also managing various transactions submitted to the team

+ You will assist with the weekly and month-end close accounting processes, ensuring completion of all related checklists, and support various AR activities including cash receipts, adjustments, and communication with Sales for chargebacks and deductions
