Job Description
The Accounts Receivable Specialist performs a full range of general bookkeeping and accounts receivable functions, including system data entry, regular account reconciliations, cash receipt recording, and customer invoice distribution. This role focuses on managing collections procedures to ensure receivables are collected timely and accurately while maintaining strong relationships with internal teams and external customers.
Responsibilities
- Manage assigned customer accounts and keep balances current through regular, proactive collections procedures.
- Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up consistently to ensure timely payment of all invoices.
