Accounts Receivable Specialist

Description We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to support a high-volume deduction environment in Lawrence, Massachusetts. This Long-term Contract position focuses on reviewing complex customer remittance activity, researching discrepancies, and driving timely resolution of outstanding balances across a large portfolio of accounts. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, confidence working in Excel, and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal and external business partners.

Responsibilities:
• Review customer remittance details and supporting documents to identify the cause of deductions and payment variances across multiple account programs.
• Research, reconcile, and resolve outstanding deduction claims by comparing portal information, invoices, backup documentation, and account activity.
