Position Responsibilities
- Build and maintain rapport with customers over phone and email.
- Own an assigned portfolio of past-due accounts.
- Maintain low portfolio aging by working with customers to resolve reasons for overdue payments.
- Collaborate with a team of enthusiastic professionals to minimize aging / bad debt.
Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Bilingual (English / French) - fluent in both verbal and written forms.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Prior call center experience / bookkeeping a plus.
