SAP Responsibilities

• Process customer invoices and receipts in SAP.
• Maintain customer master data in SAP.
• Monitor customer balances and aging reports.
• Perform customer account reconciliations.
• Process credit notes, adjustments, and receipt allocations.
• Generate collection and receivable reports from SAP.

SAP Requirements

• Strong working knowledge of SAP FI (Accounts Receivable).
• Experience in customer account management and collections using SAP.
• Ability to generate and analyze AR aging reports.
