Accounts Receivable Clerk

About the Role
Pixalate is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Receivable (AR) Clerk to join our finance team. In this role, you will support the Senior AR Clerk with the company's billing and collections process by preparing and issuing invoices, tracking customer payments, reconciling accounts, and helping maintain healthy, predictable cash flow. You will work closely with the Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure billing is accurate and collections are handled efficiently. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys working with numbers while communicating effectively across teams.
