Accounts Receivable Clerk

Description
Responsibilities

+ Prepare and distribute customer invoices

+ Post cash receipts, ACH payments, wires, and checks

+ Apply customer payments to the appropriate accounts

+ Assist with collections and follow up on past-due balances

+ Reconcile customer accounts and research discrepancies

+ Maintain accurate customer records and documentation

+ Process credit memos and adjustments

+ Assist with month-end closing activities

+ Support reporting and account analysis as needed


Requirements
Requirements

+ 1+ years of Accounts Receivable, Accounting Clerk, or related experience

+ Experience with invoicing and payment posting

+ ERP experience preferred (NetSuite a plus)

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
