Accounts Receivable Clerk

Description
We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join a team in North Andover, Massachusetts on a contract basis with the opportunity for a permanent position. This is a hybrid position - 3 days per week on-site, and 2 days per week remote after initial training. This position is well suited for someone who enjoys working with financial records, applying payments accurately, and providing responsive support to customers regarding account activity. The role offers the opportunity to contribute to day-to-day receivables operations while helping maintain timely and accurate cash flow processes.


Responsibilities:

• Process incoming customer payments and record cash receipts accurately within the accounts receivable system.

• Apply payments from lockbox, checks, and other remittance sources to the appropriate customer accounts.
