This role involves managing high-volume invoicing-Time and Material, payment postings, and reconciliation while collaborating with various departments to ensure accurate and timely billing. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills and a keen attention to detail to streamline invoicing processes effectively.
Responsibilities:
• Process a large volume of invoices daily, including custom and complex billing, using time and material data from multiple platforms.
• Review timesheets and transfer information to appropriate systems to create accurate invoices.
• Post payments, including wire transfers, and handle occasional collections and reconciliations.
