Support a High-Volume Accounting Department in a Growing Manufacturing Environment
An expanding aerospace manufacturer is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to process vendor invoices while maintaining accuracy and efficiency in a deadline-driven accounting department. This role offers exposure to purchasing, inventory, and manufacturing operations while supporting a collaborative finance team.
Responsibilities
+ Process high-volume vendor invoices
+ Perform two-way and three-way invoice matching
+ Verify purchase orders and receiving documentation
+ Prepare weekly ACH, wire, and check payment batches
+ Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
+ Maintain vendor records and W-9 documentation
+ Support month-end close and accrual reporting
Requirements
+ 2+ years of accounts payable experience
+ Manufacturing experience preferred...
