Accounts Payable Specialist, Senior (Santiago De Querétaro)

As an AR Analyst Senior, you will track customer accounts receivable balances, collect and summarize data from multiple sources, maintain customer accounts, analyze data to track payments, and improve collections. You will resolve discrepancies, perform daily invoicing, verification, classification and recording of data, and report to the Intercompany Supervisor. Basic knowledge of US GAAP, NIF's, SOX's and internal controls based on PPG guidelines is required.

Main Responsibilities

• Monitor and review customer accounts receivable balances.
• Investigate customer accounts receivable balance discrepancies.
• Communicate with customers to resolve payment issues and obtain necessary documents.
