This role focuses on receiving, reviewing, and processing a high volume of trucking and broker invoices, entering them as landed costs in the accounting system, and ensuring accurate allocation of freight and related expenses. You will work closely with vendors and internal teams to verify charges, resolve discrepancies, and support reliable financial reporting in a logistics-focused environment.
Responsibilities
+ Receive and process more than 100 invoices per week from truckers, freight carriers, brokers, and customers.
+ Verify invoice charges against expected costs and investigate discrepancies, potential overcharges, and unclear line items.
+ Enter invoices into accounting systems as landed costs, ensuring accurate allocation of ocean freight, trucking, and manual costs.
