Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices in the ERP system and review invoices to ensure they match purchase orders and receiving documents.
• Follow up on discrepancies with Procurement, suppliers, and internal departments.
• Schedule and execute payments to domestic and international suppliers. Respond to supplier inquiries regarding payment status.
• Perform account reconciliations related to Accounts Payable.
