Accounts Payable Administrator / CONTRACT POSITION
We are currently seeking a detail‑oriented and highly organized Accounting Administrator to join our team on a fixed‑term contract basis. This role is ideal for a motivated individual looking to contribute to a fast‑paced accounting environment while supporting key financial processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately key and process daily production data
- Weekly payroll for hourly employees
- Prepare and post journal entries
- Assist with month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end closing activities
- Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Respond to ad hoc requests and support reporting requirements as needed
Qualifications & Skills
- Post‑secondary degree or diploma from an accredited university or college in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field
