Accounts Officer

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts Officer to join our Finance team. The successful candidate will support the day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial records and timely processing of transactions. • Handle Accounts Payables and Accounts Receivables functions.
• Maintain vendor records and handle queries related to billing or payment discrepancies.
• Record and reconcile daily sales receipts from retail outlets (cash, NETS, credit cards and e-wallets).
• Maintain accuracy in the input of accounting details into the accounting system.
• Maintain proper filing and accounting records.
• Assist in month-end closing and account reconciliations.
• Provide administrative and ad hoc support as required.
