Preferred Profile
- BCom Accounting / Finance degree (SAIPA/SAICA articles advantageous)
- 35 years accounting experience, ideally in mining, manufacturing, or logistics
- Knowledge of South African tax and compliance framework
- Strong Excel skills; attention to detail and reliability essential
- Bookkeeping and Transaction Processing, Accounting
- Process daily accounting transactions accurately
- Capture supplier invoices, payments, and petty cash expenses
- Maintain general ledger
- Prepare management accounts
- Manage accruals, prepayments, and journal entries
- Reconcile bank and control accounts including supplier and payroll clearing
- Maintain records of income, expenses, suppliers and customers
