Accounts Officer

Role Description

The Accounts Officer role at PUM Ghana is a part-time hybrid position based in Dubai, with a mix of on-site work and work from home. The Accounts Officer will manage daily accounting tasks, including posting transactions, maintaining financial records, and assisting with the preparation of financial statements and reports. The role includes monitoring accounts payable and receivable, supporting budgeting and cash flow tracking, and ensuring compliance with internal financial policies. The Accounts Officer will also respond to internal and external inquiries on financial matters, provide courteous customer service to partners and vendors, and collaborate with team members to improve financial processes. Regular coordination with management to provide analytical insights and updates on financial performance is expected.
