Key Responsibilities
- Process and verify Accounts Payable invoices accurately and on time.
- Prepare payment schedules and ensure timely payments to vendors.
- Perform invoice matching and reconcile supplier statements.
- Resolve invoice discrepancies and liaise with internal departments and vendors.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation.
- Assist with month-end closing and other finance-related duties.
- Support ad hoc accounting and administrative tasks as assigned.
- Singaporean or PR only.
- Minimum Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent.
- Preferably 2 years of Accounts Payable experience and/or experience using ERP systems (CSI preferred).
- Fresh graduates with relevant accounting qualifications are welcome to apply.
- Good understanding of basic accounting principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
