Job Description:
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare and maintain financial records, invoices, and statements
- Handle bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing
- Support GST filings and compliance requirements in Singapore
- Coordinate with auditors and assist in financial audits
- Maintain proper documentation and filing systems
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Familiarity with accounting software
- Knowledge of Singapore accounting standards and GST regulations
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- 1-3 years of relevant experience
