Vacancy Description
The incumbent will be responsible for the Company’s bookkeeping, preparing invoices, updating vendors' invoices and payments to suppliers in the accounting system (MYOB).
She must also perform creditors reconciliations, quarterly GST, month-end AR closing and other related accounts functions.
Qualifications- Certificate in Accountancy
- 2 years’ experience in accounting
- Knowledge of MYOB accounting system
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking customers.
- Lunch provided
- Transport from Tuas West Road MRT or Yew Tee MRT
