- Basic UP $3,500 depending on experience
- Location: Central
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee offboarding processes.
- Handle MOM, CPF, and IRAS matters, including work pass applications/renewals and statutory claims (NS, childcare, maternity, paternity).
- Assist in maintaining HR policies, procedures, and compliance.
- Liaise with insurance providers on employee-related matters.
- Provide backup support for accounting functions.
- Handle daily accounting transactions, AP/AR, cash receipts, and expenses.
- Manage petty cash and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
- Maintain proper filing and document control.
- Perform ad hoc administrative and accounting duties.
