Key Responsibilities
- Finance: Assist the Finance Manager with daily accounting transactions, monthly closing, and government grant submissions.
- HR & Payroll: Manage full-cycle HR (recruitment, work passes, onboarding, staff exits) and process monthly payroll, CPF, and tax reporting (IR8A/IR21).
- Administration: Oversee office facilities, maintain company assets, monitor insurance, and coordinate corporate meetings.
- Minimum Diploma in Accounting or equivalent.
- Proficient in MS Office; experience with Navision software is an advantage.
- Independent, analytical, and able to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
