System Tech Resources Sdn Bhd is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Accounts cum HR Admin - Manager / Senior Executive to join their team in Kota Kemuning, Selangor. This full-time position is a key role within the company's finance and HR functions, responsible for overseeing financial accounting, reporting, and human resource administration.
What you'll be doing
Manage all aspects of the company's financial accounting, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, regulations, and internal policies
Oversee the company's HR administration, including employee onboarding, payroll processing, and leave management
Manage and handle Employment Pass (EP), visa applications, and permit renewals for expatriate employees.
