ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT
Location: Cape Town, CBD
Salar: R18 000 CTC per month
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years experience in an accounts payable or accounts assistant role
- Experience in a high-volume processing environment is essential
- Strong Excel proficiency required (VLOOKUP, SLOOKUP, basic formulas, data sorting and filtering)
- Experience with Sage Evolution 200 (advantageous)
- Understanding of basic accounting principles
- Experience maintaining PAYE records or similar registers (advantageous)
Responsibilities
- Process high volumes of creditor invoices accurately and efficiently
- Prepare, capture, and reconcile supplier accounts
- Assist with weekly and monthly payment runs
- Perform creditor reconciliations and resolve queries timeously
