Accounts Assistant

Job Context
DP World Market Access Healthcare is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Accounts Assistant to support the Finance Business Partner in managing the supplier accounting function. The successful candidate will play a key role in accounts payable administration, supplier reconciliations, claims management, pricing maintenance, and gross margin analysis.
Working closely with Procurement, Commercial, Supply Chain, and Finance teams, the Accounts Assistant will ensure the accuracy of supplier transactions, maintain financial controls, and contribute to the effective management of working capital and profitability across the business.

Supplier Payables
Process and match supplier invoices using the 3-way matching process (Purchase Order, Goods Received Note, and Invoice).
Prepare supplier payment runs in accordance with agreed payment terms.
