About the job Accounts Assistant (Jurong)
Responsibilities
- Handle full sets of accounts including preparation of month end closing and monthly schedules
- Prepare GST report and GST returns
- Process payments in an accurate and timely manner
- Liaise with auditor for annual audit
- Assist in daily operation task of accounts department
- Provide administrative and accounting related support
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration / Accounting
- Minimum 1 years of relevant experience, with GST, AR/AP
- Able to work effectively under pressure to meet tight deadlines
