Prerequisites
- Proficiency in TALLY / Myob / Xero
- In depth knowledge of complete accounts and financial acumen
- Taking care of the complete Company accounts and reporting directly to Director
- Input and checking of all financial transactions in the accounting software system (Myob / Xero)
- Preparation of the monthly profit & loss account
- Preparation and submission of the GST return
- Preparation of monthly MIS reports including variance analysis between budget and actual expenses.
- Preparation of year end schedules for audit purposes and liaison with auditors
- Checking the entries in the Logistics accounting software package and integrating the same with the financial data system.
