Accounts Analyst

The Accounts Analyst is responsible for performing key financial functions, supporting month-end close activities, and ensuring accurate financial reporting. You will collaborate closely with various departments to ensure the integrity of financial data, assist with budgeting and forecasting processes, and contribute to financial statement preparation and analysis.

Job Purpose

• Process invoices to customers and follow up of payment receivables. E-invoicing submission.


• Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are properly recorded


• Update accounts receivable and issue invoices


• Update accounts payable and perform account reconciliations


• Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines
